I need help losing weight. I would like to lose 15 pounds. I am 5'4 and 139. I put on 15 pounds since I started college a year ago. I have been doing Cardio four times a week and do not see any results does anyone have some advice for me. I want to take the weight off by my 20th birthday in May to give myself something.
