Alright, ive read different things...is it detrimental to your workouts to go over an hour long. Or should i stop my workouts right at an hour...ive been told to stop at an hour but i dont know.
If you include stretching and muscle cool down, then your workouts could go a little over an hour. If you workout correctly, then it really shouldn't take you more than that.

You should be able to finish your workout in under an hour eventually. It may take longer if you are just starting out or have an extra long ab day.
