I am planning on starting a new routine to add mass and size. After some research here's what i've come up with. EVertything will be done in 4 sets with reps of 20/10/5/3/1 . I'm not really sure how long to do this routine for would 2-4 weeks be good?

Wide grip machine pull downs
Bent over barbell Rows
Deadlifts
Shoulders:
Dumbell Shrugs
Arnold presses
Seated lateral raises
