Hi. Guys,

I am going home for a week. And I want to look in great shape for my friends back home! I have only a month for this! I have been running and doing some weights, but I really want to see results....Anybody know of a program a should do? a book a should read? or a product I should buy to get the best our of my workouts?

I would like to get some definition on my body and work on the abs? any suggestions??

You're not going to do it in a month! If it were that easy, there wouldn't be any out of shape people out there...

Oh I know.

I am already in some good shape...Just wanted to know if there was a condensed workout program!!!
