When I sprint, my first 10ish steps are always the fastest then i seem to slow down just a tad, is there any way (exercises) to maintain the speed of those first few steps throughout the entire sprint?

Are you maintaining good form throughout the whole run? I am assuming you are talking about sprinting short distances, 100 yds?

I cant realy suggest a specific program to make you faster. My suggestion would be to train hard and keep running those 100 yard dashes for good conditioning.

Don't forget that in a 100 meter dash, you reach your top speed at about the 50 meter mark. After that, your body will begin to slow down. The top runners, therefore, not only have great acceleration speed, but they also decelerate at a slower rate. Try drills where you alternate between half-speed running and sprinting several times over a 200 meter (or more) course.

I had the same situation, as you. An Olympic coach visited my school one day and gave us some great tips. The one the worked the best was working in long distance running and sprints. The reason that my sprint was slowing down was that I didnt have the endurance to carry it through, So, buy jogging long distance and sprinting as every few minutes I increased my speed.
