I have a question is like diet ocke with lemone bad for you or like diet dr.pepper or like fresca stuff of that sort....i was curious about that

There not going to kill you if you limit it to one can a day. You are better off sticking with water....

I recommend crystal light no added sugars only 5 calories per serving and you just add water nothing else. If you are sick of water and need some flavor to hit your taste buds go with crystal light.

depends what your goal is. If you are losing weight then you might just find that the lemonade has too much sugar. Read the back of the diet soda cans...completly unsubstantial stuff, chemical cocktails that make water look like champagne!
