what are some good excersises for this part of ur body and also whats a good way to get rid of a bottom roll thank you?

My favorite bicep exercise is 21's. I had never heard of them before I found this site. For me, that is the exercise that makes me feel the most "burn" in my bicep.

Im working on my love handles to best advice is not to go with any ab exercises til you get the waistline down because if you do it will make the muscle bigger and less likely to go away. So stick to a nice clean diet and cardio exercise 15-20 minutes 2-3 a week and you will be set.

Don't forget the weight training too! More muscle mass = more fat burning.

abbs are built in the kitchen......u can do all the crunches u want and yes they will get stronger but if u don't get rid of the fat ur stomach will just look bigger. for example u have a 32 in waist and u add a 1/2 in of abb muscle ur waist will get bigger fi the fat is still there.........as for the biceps.......my fav excercise is barbell curls i do
5x10 barbell curls
hercules's 4x12
incline dumbell curls 3x10
pretcher curls with dumbells or arm blaster curls 3x15
but diet and rest are the key to everything

but if u really wanan blast ur arms heres an intresting work out i did and my arms still hurt today( not for beginners though!)
*barbell curls (super setted)with straght tricep extensions 10x10
* pretcher curls( dumbells) {supersetted with} kick backs 4x15

=============thank andrew for the adive it is greatly appricated ...also i want to know what can i do for a meal in the morning i leave for work at like 545 i dont get up till 500 what can i eat for a good breakfast

Aftershock, since nobody mentioned it.... Dont forget your triceps. They make up most of your upper arm and will greatly influence size.

yea sorry charlie lol ur triceps r 60%of ur arms lol so train them with just as or more intensity that biceps...............my fav break fast is 3 eggs with cheese( omlete, or scrambled, of fried) 3 pieces of lean bacon glass of o.j glass milk( non fat) 2 wheat pieces of toast or oat meal........sounld lieka lot but breakfast is the most importan meal of the day lol
