Hey everybody!
I'm new to this site, so I thought here would be a good place to ask questions. Well, I'm 17 and I'm trying to get fit. I'm doing a pretty good job of it so far, there's only one problem, my butt. It's saggy. Can exercise itself fix this problem? Are there any certain exercises I could do? I definitely do not want to lose any size, it's small enough! (lol) I just want a butt lift! Any suggestions?

squats, lunges, squats in a smith machine with feet out in front of you. get on the ground on all fours, and kick ur leg up and back( as if u was kicking like a mule). pilete' squats( balarina things can't spell) using a stair master, anything that works ur entire legs even ruinning will help firm ur butt area, just to warn u it might get lil bigger though lol

sorry also forgot, ur diet is key too ....eata good clean diet in heathly carbs, proteins and meats

if you use heavy weighted bars when you do squats will it make your butt too firm? I want mine firm and big but a butt needs to still be a butt ya know? lol
