Hi Folks,
Jz Shahul from Singapore..juz joined FT a week ago.
I have juz started on weights and nutrition. Need some advise the duration to wait after eating, before one can go to bed. I have found 20-30 minutes at times not very suitable, as the food don't seem to have digested.

My last meal is about 30 minutes before I go to bed. This is normally my lightest meal of the day. I try to eat low fat cottage cheese with pinapple and a scoop of whey protein with 8oz of skim milk. I have no troubles with this.

However, if a eat a more solid meal such as chick breast, rice and some veggies, I have to give it more time to digest otherwise I don't sleep as well.
