Hello everyone i would like some advise .How long do you have to work out to get to the fat burning stage while doing cardio? Is there a routine i can do on my bike to get a better work out? If anyone has any info let me know. Thanks, Angi

the best way to reach the fat burning stage is to try the HIIT (high intensity interval training) that is so commonly talked about on these message boards. It works great if you attempt it with an honest effort. It helps to do it first thing in the morning...I didn't see results until I built up to around 30 minutes but now I'm seeing results with leaps and bounds...hope this helps:)
