Is there anyone out there who knows of an intense, reliable and proven oblique exercise program? I find it impossible to gain any sort of shape or lose any body fat around my obliques from doing the standard exercises like modified crunces etc. I am currently dieting intensely to reduce my bodyfat percentage but I feel I need a fresh approach to exercising these troublesome muscles.
