Hello everyone

I have the exercise regimen from this site to do daily. My questions are:

1. Do I do the exercises after I do my cardio workout videos (walk away the pounds and Tae-Bo)or at another time of the day (I am trying to exercise in the ealy morning, but sometimes do not get to do until 11am or so)

2. Should I take a break 2 days out of the week? Or is it okay to exercise 6-7 days?

3. How important is using weights with the routine?

4. Whta exercise can I focus on to work on that "swing"(yuck) under the arms?
Any suggestions on how I can properly format my exericse routine would be greatly appreciated. I can only exercise at home, I have just a few videos and this website, and I have 2 & 3 lbs weights only.

I am 5'7 and weigh 215 (age 43), current goal is to to get to 190, and then aiming for 175, as I feel that will be just right. Although the recommended height is 159, which i think will make me too skinny. I want still be well-rounded not bony.

I am learnign alot and glad I came across this site.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hi onlinemommy, It would be beneficial if you can to do your cardio on the off day of your weight training, and NO, dont exercise 7 days a week. I would say to take one day off, even 2, since you are just starting out. Your body needs a recovery time from the previos workout.
Using weights is quite important, because that is what you will get the resistance from. Unless you have other equipment available to you. What program are you doing?
For that tissue (yuck) under the arms, you would have to do some tricep work.
Remember that you cannot spot reduce, so even though you are working your complete body, you WILL see definate reductions. Take your measurememnts EVERYWHERE b4 you start, and re-measure in 2 weeks.
Good Luck and hope this helps.
PS...STAy off the scale ! (just measure!)
