Hello, I have a few questions about my training,
right now I am working from home and have lots of time to work out, I want to gain about 12 pounds by april which is like 2 and a half months, but I want to gain no fat,and just add muscle and water.
okay for some reason I dont sweat much or none at all, is there a reason? does that mean I am low on water or just in great shape? another is since I want to put on the muscle and gain no fat is it good for me to do both 5 hours a week for weight training and cardio each, or should I do more, because thats ten hours a week, quite a bit, I feel like if I do any more I will overtrain because I am sore every morning after a workout. I can lose weight easily, but just have trouble gaining alot. my ultimate goal is by 30, I am 22 now, I want to be around 215 with the same level of bodyfat pct I have now, I am 7.4pct. I no I am short at 5-9 but I want to be about the size of wrestler chris benoit. I believe he is about 5-9 215, I know once I hit thirty my growth will problem stop everywhere except the stomach which will suck. also I a big into wrestling, how can you imagine these guys get like they are? is it all steroids? I watch them and they are far superior to normal athletes, the avg wrestler I was reading was 6-2 and 257 pounds! Some dont look quite what they list them as but God these guys are monsters and I would do anything to be that size with the low levels of body fat and they say Arnold was the best physique ever? Look at old man scott steiner, 268 pounds of muscle, he has to be jakked up on something.
Also my coffee drinking, will it make much difference? I mean a pound or two less wont kill my goals, Can I still gain muscle mass effectively with caffiene?
Thanks guys
Joe
