hey, im lifting a weight that i can do max. 8 reps. for biceps. Im doing 11 sets of 8 reps, with 1 minute pause betwen every set, each fourth set is 3-4 mins.
I wanna know what will my results be is this, increasing muscle tone, or maximal strebght, im eating enough to increase muscle mass, but i dont know if this is right, tnx!

Hey snipura, are u doing 11 sets of the same exercise?

jeah, i do 11 sets for every muscle group, lets say monday, biceps and back, for biceps 11 sets of 8 reps, for back 11 sets of 8-12 reps, thuesday other muscle group, and wednesday the third one, then again biceps and so on, sunday is pause
