Hey yall. I am new here and i was just wondering how long will it take my belly to get flat doing crunches? I'm not fat just uhm little pudge in the middle. Thanks

Dixie, your belly won't get flat from doing crunches. The crunches will develop your ab muscles and push the fat out more. You cannot spot reduce.
The only way to shed the fat is to eat healthy, and do a complete workout. Be patient and it will work.

I tell u, run every day, u gotta burn that fat, its hard but i tried and its effective, when u run, u burn fat, when u do crunches u increase muscles.
Also watch your food, eat 3-4 times per day, not one time, thats not good, eat 4 meals of small portions per day.(healty food not crap like hamburgers)

=============. add a couple of meal replacement drinks or protien shakes to feed the muscles.
