I have been having a few problems with how I am eating and if protein does really help build muscle mass. I have been using a protein drink called Pro lab and eating about 100 of grams of protein each day. I just was wondering if someone could tell me if eating a lot of protein really helps and how much carbs I should be eating.

It all depends on your goals. The fitness tracker will help you with this. Yes, protein is needed to build muscle. However, it might be a slow process.
