Hello, Ive got a question about the hydroxycut warning label, and after about 15 minutes of searching for an answer or a email addy to write to, i got lazy and decided to see if anyone knows here.
the label states: "One serving (3 capsules) of this product contains about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine (i.e. tea, coffee, and cola beverages). "
Does this mean not to take the dose WITH caffeine, or does this mean i have to quit drinking soda all together? (i dont drink coffee or tea) Sometimes a can of diet pepsi coke, u name it, is the only thing that stands between me and my desire to go raid all the cookies in the house. and i know some pop is cafeine free, but if i dont mix it up, i get really sick of it.

I would stay away from the caffeine while taking the pills. You can over load your body with caffeine and cause bigger problems. (Some of the people who do this can start having heart problems. Some little Some major)
What does everyone else think.

Personally Id stay away from pills like hydroxycut/stacker/zantrex and other types of pills. I know from a past experience they create nothing but a chain reaction of problems unfortunatly I was the end of them and almost was put into a hospital numerous times for my stupidity of taking them.

I took Xenadrine about two years ago. Friend said it was natural. It WORKED BTW. Helped to get that extra push in the gym. But...I also found out I am going to have to have my aorta replaced :) probably after my bday in July :) Whether this is a reflection of it or not. I would stay away from anything that increases the heart-rate. I dont drink coffee nor drink cokes so all I can say is that many people do the Hyro..etc and have no issues. When I found out what the drs were hearing and seeing I was as surprised as anyone. But the stuff is being taken off the market and perhaps one day Hyro will as well. Ive seen my BBing buddies do roids and they LOOK FANTASTIC. but ya know you just never know and thats why I never did drugs in the first place. :) So Im not preaching just saying...whether it was the Xen. or not I will be having a nice scar down the front of my chest and become Biotic Woman soon. Id probably just say...Get your butt to the gym/ eat well and have a happy HEART :) Peace
