Quick question about gaining muscle and

Im wanting to add a few pounds of muscle to my frame but I have a bit of love handles on the side. If I continue to lift and add more muscle will the love handles eventually go away as I fill out my body more or would I need to do some cardio to? Also I dont want to do to much cardio to where I will be losing gains in muscle. So what should I do?

to add muscle you need to do a proper weight training program may be 3-4 times per week. The way I found works best is after weight training do 30 min low intensity cardio. like walking on a treadmill incline or maybe jog This works far better for me than doing cardio first thing in the morning before breakfast. Make sure your diet is clean. You need to be feeding your muscles to make them grow, but you don't want to be feeding the fat! Cut out all simple carbs and junk foods. Simple carbs are fine just after a workount.
