Go to your personal exercise program here on FT and they will design a workout for you using just the equipment you have access to. There are DB exercises for every muscle group. Very good ones. Just as an example: for back, DB rows; for chest, DB chest presses and flyes; for legs wtd squats and lunges; for shoulders, DB presses and laterals; for triceps, DB overhead presses and kickbacks; for biceps, basic curls, hammer curls, concentration curls.
