Sugar free ice cream tastes nasty. You may want to cut these out of your diet altogether. If you have a blender, why don't you try making delicious smoothies instead? That way, you can add some protein in there...

Just curious? I have a sugar tooth and was wondering if it was ok to eat just a little. If so should I get the kind that says like low carbs or sugar free w/ splenda or what?

a nice smoothy to make is ice, water, stawberry protein powder and a big banana, mix it in a blender. Better than ice cream!

I blend mine with soy milk, a cup of eggbeaters (or similar pasteurized egg product) and a cup of frozen strawberries.

Ice cream is basicly just another junk food. It is ok to have a little once or twice a month as a treat, or as a reward.
"If you really want to see results try to avoid all junk foods."
This may seem hard to some, but how bad do you want the results?

You might also try frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. It has lower calories. But it is a dessert. Eat responsibly

Watch out with all those Mom & Pop frozen yougurt shops that claim low calorie / low fat. There getting busted left and right for making false representations. People are scoffing this stuff up like its going out of style and they are wondering why their waist size continues to grow.
I'd keep away from it all, except for the treat every so often.

Try jello made with fruit to treat that sweet tooth.
