Hey everybody, don't know if this has been answered or not in another post. I looked and looked, so I dont think so, couldnt find anything on it anyway...but got alot of good info! These boards rock from what I've seen so far, and I'm just gettin started.
First, I'm a bit short on the free weights right now. We recently moved and I dont have all my equipment down here. But I have enought to manage I think. The first workout on my program is close grip chins. Problem...I can't think of anyway of doing these at home? Replacement exercise maybe?...some input there would be great. My other question has to do with inputing the information on the workout sheet. Say on the close grip chins, or reverse calf raises...do we enter a weight with the reps? leave it blank or just use our body weight? Thanks for the help, talk to you guys later
