I am going on week 2 of my program & finding the exercises for each day doesn't seem to be enough. Would it be better for me to change to a 3 or 4 day program or should I add in an extra set. Do the exercises get a little harder as I go into week 3&4?

getfit04, Welcome to FT. Yes the workouts get harder as you progress. From your profile it looks like you are accustomed to exercise. Are you increasing weight with each set ? On your last set are you barely making the reps called for? You can make it harder by upping the weight.

When I first started with FT, the exercises were plenty. Nowadays, I would most likely end up adding more exercises, supersetting or work more bodyparts per day.

No, I haven't been increasing the weight. I guess I will try that today. Thanks for the advise!!
