ok i was in decent shape then i was in a majour motorcycle accident and after not walking for 2 months ive lost over 20 pounds. and my right leg is less than half the size of my left leg. i need to rebuild the muscle back in my leg and also the rest of me as well since ive been stuck just recovering from injurys till now.

any recomendations on how hard i should work, or ways to work the right leg so it builds without over building the left leg. i need all over strength not just isolated areas too. i still cant walk really well, im stuck on crutchs. i can use gym machines no problem, i just dont know which are best and how much weight i should push. i naturally want to go heavy as i can stand and keep moving it up till both legs are equal. ive been doign leg presses with both legs and trying to use the weak leg as much as i can, but i worry the good leg will just get bigger and they wont equal out as well this way. doing one legged presses on the machine feels awkward at the moment since i have so little strength and leg control.
and also any ideas on proteins and other suppliments i should use?

thanks ;)

You can work your legs individually, but I'm not sure that is what you need to do. ANY PT'S OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP??? Whatever you do start back slow and easy. Good luck. I hope somebody with more experience pipes in here.
