Hi, I've been keeping track weekly over the last month of my measurements. Although i know that typically, weight isn't sumthing i should focus on, my weight change does have me curious.
Since a month ago, my tricep, bicep, leg, calf, and chest measurements have all stayed the same, other than my waist, which has gone down, 1.5 inches. My weight however, which i have been checking weekly, first thing in the morning before i eat, has gone from 185 to 169.
My question is, whether I've been losing bodyfat, or if I've been losing muscle too. I'm not sure if this can be answered or not, but i thought it was worth a shot. Thaks a lot
