Hi, my cousin wants to start training to lose wieght, can anyone tell me what kind of routine she would need to achieve this??? cardio wieghts etc, how many times per week, what to do on what days etc?? thanks heaps

Why not look at the 'weight loss and definition' program here at ft. That and some cardio along with a sound diet. Perform these consistently and she will see results.
