Losing weight fast and easy

I am embarassed by my weight while my friends are riding fast and have lots of breathe left I am stuck panting! What can I do?????

well, unfortunally putting on weight is so easy lol, however once it gets on u its hard to get off, theres noe" easy" or "fast" way to get rid of weight, its a long process, that many of us on FT are still fighting to this day, some are lucky and are thin but can gain muscle weight, while others like me,who can gain weight rellativy easy, however have to count calories because of are genetics so that muscle gained is " good" lbs and not fat, the select few like jdelts and bb1 have a gifted metabolism are what we call body builder qualities and they stay lean pretty much all year round, they can get defined and " cut fairly easy..........but everyone has a demaon they wish they could get rid of,.............as for the running, ur just " out of shape" so to speak( correct me if i'm worng been a while since i took human anatomy lol)
the human heart is made of cardiac muscle, that is it has both components of skelatal tissue( volantary) as well as smooth muscle(oragan tissue which is involantary)
muscle tissue fatigues eassly, btu smoooth muscle doesn't cause smoom is always working, digesting, secreting stuff, skelatal is stonger but more fatiguable, but smooth isn't very fatiguable,.......this means the heart muscle can be made strong by excercise just like any other muscle, because of the fact it is both kinds of muscle, only differance curls don't help this muscle lol .......gota do cardio, running, lil walking.....since ur heart i take it hasn't been worked out in a while it fatigues quickly, but if u keep running u will build up that endurace and ur heart will get stonger and be able to pump good oxygenated blood to all ur body part so u don't get all panting and junk....which is what we want, plenty of oxiganated blood too everything...........lossing weight will help this however i'm 245lbs and at one time i could run a 10 min mile now its probably 12 but i don't run anymore but i can still do it, the weight will just make u lighter and able to run as fast, but weight don't have that much to do with it , but if ur very over weight u don't want alot of excess fat, because it raises cholesteral,raises blood pressue and all sorts of bad stuff which hurts ur heart, so eat well, excercise regualry, weights and cardio...........live long and prosper

A easy way that got my heart more stronger was speed walking like a mile everyday or start out on so many minutes like start out at 20 minutes a day and work up in minutes and speed. I used to speed walk all the time, but I still do it every time I walk some where to make sure I don't loose this gift! NO one can hardley keep up with me and there's also people telling me they don't know how I walk like that! I used to pant when I got started and now it's just like walking regular! I get all the oxygen I need! I just thought this might be an easier starting point for you and after you get strong on this try your bike or if it's easier to just practice on the bike everyday, just do that!
That's just another idea that might be an easier way to get started because all you have to do is increase your speed every time!
Now when I do walk once in a while I can speed walk like 3 miles an hour. I could never walk like that before!
