I just went to the orthopedic and found out I have iliotibial band syndrome...aka runner's knee. Anyone else out there having the same problem? What ways have you found to help relieve pain? What cardio activities have you found besides running to help stay in shape? Please help.

try the elipitcal cross trainer. it is very low impact on the knees and gives you a good workout.

Rowing machine works well.
