All I have showed pics and made posts. I have been lifting for about 4-5 months trying different routines Im recently stuck on mutts weight lifting program 5 days a week to keep me inline. Im starting to do about 10-15 minutes of cardio on my off days to burn the extra fat around my stomach and my thighs. here are 3 pictures take it for what its worth and feel free to judge/compliment im open to everything. I think I made tremendous progress in a matter of months but thats just IMO.

Great results, especially in the mid-section. I would up the cardio. I had great results from running on the treadmill. I did 15-20 minutes HIIT on weight training days and 25-30 minutes of standard (one constant pace)on off days. Now that I am down to where I want to be in weight loss, I only do HIIT cardio after my workout for about 15 minutes.

Good luck and keep it up.

Thanks...My arms are hardly developing (they seem that way) I know for a fact I took inches off of my mid-section im down to a size 30 in pants around the waist :). Im wanting to do more cardio but I heard it will take away from building muscle. I was thinking about just hitting a heavy bag at the gym for about 20 minutes that way im not doing intense cardio. I would like to do lose my love handles. Im slowly but surely cleaning up my diet. Once again thanks.

Coming along well! As far as your program, have you seen any progress? It will take time to see a little more definition. Have patience and change up your routine every so often. Keep the body guessing.
