Exactly how good is hydroxycut. I see it in all of the Muscle and Fitness magazines but I'm afraid to try it because I don't want to waste money or have some crazy side effect. If anybody has any experience with it please respond.

Flat out im going to tell you dont buy them dont go with any type of diet pill. I will share with you my experience. I fell into the stacker 2 frenzy and took it for about 3-6 months I weighed in at 190 and being 5'6 that is pretty big considering their was no muscle their. I did that ate like a hog and rode an exercise bike for about 15-25 minutes a day. The weight was coming off but something wasnt right because I was always sick and throwing up I went from 190 to 112 in a matter of 6 months I then put on some weight and went to 140 Im comfortable at that weight. But as I kept on taking it I was sick each morning and throughout the day I was always throwing up probably 2-3 times a day which wasnt healthy. I would stay away from those pills and do it naturally because I wasnt losing the weight from the pills it was because I was sick. The pills are just to make you think you are helping yourself they dont burn fat infact they burn muscle because if I was losing fat going from 190 to 112. I would have looked thin and disgusting and I was still looking out of shape and had alot of excess fat no muscle at all. I would steer away from it and when I get onto people about that crap. (My mom especially) I just tell them to get off their lazy asses (excuse the language) and clean up their diet and the weight will come off. Dont rely on some stupid pills you are just wasting your money. Cut out the simple things in your life you wouldnt think and you will see changes for example. I use to drink iced tea heavy now I dont add any sugar. When I eat a hamburger or french fries (bad diet I know) I make it on the foreman grill and add no salt. Just cutting back those little things will help you lose weight (if that is what you are going for) Dont waste 30-50 dollars on pills just cut back on salts/sugars and just monitor some things you eat. The weight will come off. For example before I would walk out into the kitchen grab some doritos or something quick and munch away the whole bag. But now I will grab some baby carrots or an apple maybe even some crackers w/ cheese. Everytime I have a meal I drink about 16oz of water. Sorry to stem this thread so long but im a firm believer and do try to push it on people cut back the small things and you will notice changes and it's not much work at all. Also if you drink pop diet whatever grab water instead. It has worked for me. If I can do it anybody can.

hey wish.......what are your goals? What is the diet like ,exercise?
Sensible diet and exercise is the only sure fire and natural way of losing weight. I personally think diet pills are crutches and will enable the natural weight loss process. We do not need rapid weight loss.

Hydroxycut is good as long as it has ephedra. Still not the best fat burner on the market, but good nonetheless. From the looks of it, though, the ephedra market's on its way out (FDA was talking tough today, and suppliers and consumers have been losing interest anyway), so there won't be any good fat burners pretty soon.
It's probably not something you should consider, though, except perhaps for those last few stubborn pounds, as getting your diet and exercise routine in order are critical. Side effects from sensible use should be acceptable. Sensible means testing for tolerance with low doses, cutting back if the side effects become troublesome, and not ignoring the directions as far as maximum dosages are concerned.
