Well, its been three months since I've begun working out and have to say I'm pretty pleased with myself. I've lost two inches on my waist while putting on ten pounds. Yesterday, however, was my greatest motivation. There is a grill in my driveway that I tries to move a year ago (when my family and I moved into the house) without success - too heavy. Last week my wife asked a 'handiman/gardner' to attempt to move it - he refused said that it 'looks' too heavy. Well (you know the rest of the story) yesterday I decided to give it a try again. No problem - moved it with ease - felt good.
I have not been a frequent 'talker' on freetrainers but I've been visiting the message board daily - Thanks to all for the advise and the inspiration. Keep up the good work.
My new goals two more inches and five pounds in the next three months.
A Merry and Blessed Christmas to all

Congratulations. Be careful about taking on projects that you were previously 'unable' to do. It opens the door for all sorts of work. If you know what I mean.
