Rob, these don't look much different from an FT mass program. However, it's really all about what you feel comfortable with. If you notice, most of the exercises are compound...these build mass. Stick with compound exercises (bench press, squat, deadlift, military press, etc.) for 6-8 weeks, eat well, get plenty of rest and you will grow!
