heres my programe...im quite short and want to get taller.
so i started exercising to increase my hgh levels.
i smoked for bout a year, i was sick of getting out of breath.
after bout 2 months i am really fit.
* first i go for a run, or a bike ride to looswn up my muscles.
* then i do bout 1000 skips, 100times 10(skiping is the best way to get toned and to lose body fat, all the boxers doit)
*then i do 500 kicks on each leg
*then i bench press 40 kg 5 sets of 10
also take the amino acids...l argine l ornithine.
voila........if u can do this programme in an hour, u r pretty dam fit.

How old are you? If you are older than 18-19 you are probably as tall as you will get. Few people get any taller past that age.

im nearly 18, im 172,,, my brothers and dad r bout 175-176
im hoping tht i can gain an inch or so.
i ust to be really into my sports when i was younger, always
running and exercising.. i was average height.
since bout 13 ive been quite lazy, not as sporty ne more, and i havent been growing properly since tht age
now tht ive starting tiring myself out with exercise again, i might has increased(i think)
