I worked out 3 days in a row, doing totally different body parts each day(chest/bicep - triceps - legs/shoulders). is this being counter productive?? i eat all of clean foods and am supplementing creatine, glutamine and zma for faster recovery. I am taking 4 days off after this.

Looks like you're overtrainin the triceps. Maybe try, Chest and tris, Back and Bis, Legs and Shoulders. Hope some of this helps.
