hi, I'm pretty new here, and I'm fairly clueless in some aspects of working out. I was looking at the 12 week ab program, and I was wondering how you are suppose to ad weight to the leg raises and the seated twists? Any help would be great, thanks

Seatet twists can be done with an empty barbell or weight can be added .

Leg lifts and other lifts can be done with ankle weights or a dumbell held between the feet. Be careful not to drop it in the legs verticle position. Your future children will thank you.

Also if you have a cable pulldown machine you can do cable crunches. The description is in the FT exercise descriptions.
