hi guys
I do not post here to often as I used to when the whole web site started....
anyway, for the last 4 months, I`ve been experimenting with food and workouts, after a year of break due to illness.
4 weeks ago (after a heavy phase) I got bored of bench presses. So, for the last 4 weeks I`ve been doing push ups, regular and with weights, along with flyes (supersets). I have to say that, today I`ve noticed nice definition, which made me pumped to do some more.
....and the other thing that I`d like to share with you is, I`ve been drinking green tea every second day and have water with lemon juice (not too much maybe 2 slices) every day, that I`ve been doing for the last 2.5 months I have to say it gives me more energy throughout the day. I always felt tired after working full-time hours and studying at nights and then going to gym in the morning, etc.
But lately I feel more "alive" and not as tired.
I thought I share that with you..........
