Weight training question

Weight training...how should I work out? Is it ok to just work on back until I get to be where I want and them move on to like arms or something or should I do all upper body at once? What's the best way?

I take it you are not on an FT program. From your profile, you said that you want to have a good build. Therefore, you should work all your bodyparts, not just back.

I would suggest signing up for an FT program and go from there. Good luck!

I read your post and your fitness goals. I do not recommend focusing on one body part. In order to get the best all around results you need to work your entire body.

I also recommend you try the FT Program designed for your goals.

Since weight loss is your main goal, make sure your doing regular cardio workouts. First thing in the morining on an empty stomach is the best time for cardio. Then you can move to weight training.
