I have recently started trying to maintain my diet a little better. However, I am an avid Sprite drinker, nothing quenches my thrist better. I mean I drink my water before, during, and after the gym but any other time, I drink Sprite. I have tried all the diet drinks, and cant't stand them. Any thoughts on juices, fruit drinks, anything that is or would be better. Also, how bad is this not only for my body but my diet. Thanks.
