I'm a 16 guy and I just joined the cheerleading team as a stunt squad member. Is there special type of excercise that can help me get into shape. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So, stunt squad? Will you be jumping out of something and landing on the ground? Jumping of any kind? Or just standing and doing cartwheels?
I would suggest you stregnthen your legs and abs, as this is the center of the universe (supports our bodies) not to forget the arms.

All I do right now for stunt squad is toss the girls, hold them in the air and stuff like that. Pretty soon though, I will have to learn to dance with them.
