So does anyone know any chin exercises? I have two, maybe three in the right light ;o/ My exercise routine seems to be hitting the spots its covering however there’s nothing for the Jaw area :o)
Anyone have any ideas besides the diet?

A friend of mine suggested an exercise to me that she says works. Basically what you do is to mouth the vowel sounds (a,e,i,o,u)in exaggerated fashion. You don't have to actually say the sounds, but do as many as you can several times a day. I have tried it a few times, and I can feel the muscles in my jaw working pretty well.

I found that really contracting and stretching my neck while doing my other lifts has helped, but what helped the most is losing bodyfat. As I get leaner, it gets less and less.

Oh the ahla double chin...As you loose the bodyfat, the chin will slowly disappear...When working with resistance; I think you are flexing the neck at times..Mine is slowly going away...
So, for now, when they ask whats shakin; you can respond, 4 cheeks and a couple of chins...That's what I say anyway!
