On my log it says how much weight did you dor for like chin ups and stuff like that how are you supposed to the wights, or do you just put 0 please help Fast

Like Im saying, it says in you journal, how much weight, but what are you supposed to write for things like the Sissy Squats

For chins for example, you don't have to input anything if you didn't use added weight. Anything you don't use weight for, don't enter anything or put 0 if you like.
