Can someone tell me how I can reduce the size of my back & arms without making them really muscular? Is there a certain exercise to do? I really don't know.

I assume you wish to lose body fat....filling out your profile would help in this matter....unfortunately...you cannot spot-reduce...you have to create a deficit in calories throughout the day, up the cardio....lower the calories...also building muscle helps in the burning of calories so don't neglect liftin in hopes of short term side effects....hope some of this helps
