Hey everyone, Im 18 6'0" tall - 180lbs. and tryin to gain some lean muscle for basketball. I've been paying close attention to my diet making sure i eat alot of clean foods and proper food ratios, and reading these fourms has given me alot of help, but I was just wondering why all my teammates and friends are telling me to eat alot of bananas. What is the benifit of eating 5 bananas a day? I know they are high in potassium is that why they are essential for weight gain?
