I will have a 2-3 weeks off, because of a really small surgery-but when I recover and hit the gym again. I want to do much more exercises, weight training(3x a week)+ cardio(2x a week). Improve my diet and consume more calories to gain the size I want and then maybe burn some fat in the process. I know I'll do ok on the exercise routine--the thing I want to do is try to gain something in 4 weeks, which I couldn't gain in 3 months. EitherI lose the fat or gain an 1/2 inch or whatever or muscle, or both-something is better than nothing. This is the first time that I'll incorporate the cardio(hiit)exercises to my routine--I know that burning fat is the easiest task for me to acomplish-but I would like to look bigger not skinnier.
I'm wondering on the suplements to take, because I know I have to rely on them-should I take CLA for burning some fat and take a weight gainer/high protein just to consume those extra calories?
Thanks...This time I want to see results, and I'm motivated to get there..
