So i went to put on a pair of wool pants for winter this year, and they are tight. real tight. so i can't wear em, but ive been active this year and last year i was very sedentary. So when you get older does gravity just take over or can i get back into those pants with some work?
But i got to say that i think i might be thinner but because ive been working out and working out legs they might have made my waist more oval is that possible?? b/c i don't think my stomach is any bigger and if it were flatter i think i still wouldn't fit into those pants. Also i know that i can't spot reduce but will doing ab crunches and abdominal exercises help to make my stomach more tight. (i do everything else but never abs)
My waist actually got a little larger and my stomach (at the navel) got alot smaller. Some of us fellas "used to" wear our pants low around around our waist and let our stomachs hang over. That might explain it.
