I want to lose weight - - gain muscle...

I do this every other day at the gym...tell me if I'm doing this right:

Warm-up
30 min of weights
5 min warm-up jog
20-min running (approx.3miles on treadmill)
5 min cool down.

and every morning when wake up, stretch and a lot of extensive sit-ups.

I'm like 140 lbs. a little belly, but i have skinny arms so I want muscle & six-pack... im also about 5-4, 22 male.

Should I run everyday? Do aerobics every night?

That much cardio will keep you from making the gains you want. Try doing your 5 min warm up first, then upping your weights to 45 min, with a cool down if you want. Cut your cardio to 2-3 times a week, either on opposite days of weights or after. Dont' do the same cardio workout everytime either. Mix it up. Good luck. Is your diet good? That is where your 6 pack comes in. A clean diet. What are your workouts like?
