I want to get definition in the small of my back. how can i do that? :) thanks for the info!~

Theres a bunch of lower back exercises on this site for building muscle. Some of my favorite are good mornings and deadlifts.
Mind you, definition is really a term, not something you do. You either build muscle or you don't. The best way to get the defined look is by building more muscle.

the area im talking about isnt the lower back above where your jeans are. im talking about the small of your back below your waistline, below your jeans (basically where the triangle is on a thong) if that helps give you an idea of where im talking about lol

I'm older kelalake but I haven't lost my visualization skills. :) The same things apply and it's still primarily a function of body fat percentage. Some folks just flat don't have the genetics to have that part of their anatomy come out the way they want it.
