im having my wisdom teeth out on tuesday,im dreading it as now I cant go to the gym for like a week and i wont be able to eat solid foods for a while. but I really dont want to put on weight.what should I eat??? any idea's

YIKES!! I would eat what I could. You won't have many choices unless you have a blender. YUK! You should only be limited for a week or so. Eat soups keep it low-fat. Your first priority IMO would be to nourish your body. After all it is a pretty traumatic experience. Rest, take it easy, recuperate, and heal. In 2 weeks you will be back at it as good as new.

HOLD UP!!!! what does pulling your wisdom teeth have anything to do with ur weight?:(:(

well i cant exerise for like 2 weeks and i wont be able to eat normally...ie in my case i will put on weight

Wouldn't worry too much about it. Just as 2 weeks of dieting is likely to make little change, 2 weeks of a slightly laps diet isn't likely to either. If anything since your body is used to restricted calories you will probably benifit from a couple weeks of higher calories in the sense of increased protein synthesis & a replenishment of all the hormones that are supressed by dieting. As long as you dont go crazy which I doubt will happen as eating is not going to be too enjoyable for a while, you'll be just fine. Take care & good luck with everything.
