since my neck injery i have had to stop working(wrestling) for odvass ressons, but now im going back and leaving my job at the gym, ive been off the job for a year now and are finding it hard with the training, ive have to start my old exercise programs and i am finding them hard real hard, but the work outs i was doing befor this where longer, more reps, less weigh but more sets. i dont get it?

What!!! any way if i take my time i wont be ready for the f.w.t's this month, ever heard of them?
