Hi,
Can somebody please tell me how I can calculate my Body Fat percentage without going to the doctor or specialists and paying. I thought that I could just calculate it online or with some formule, but thats BMI, oops.
So can anyone please help me out with this.
Thanks
you can get a general estimate here at ft in the fitness resources section. It is pretty close to others in which you use lengthy formulas and such. Most measurements are pretty much estimates anyway (you know + or - so many % points).
agamble is right about using the FT calculator for a rough estimate, but to truly know you need to ask a trainer to do it with calipers. They will take measurements in 4-5 places on your body by doing a pinch test, then they will calculate it for you.
