I am now on the last week of my first 4 week plan from this web site. What do I go to next?
I have tried to get a new training plan, but all it does is give me the same plan again for another four weeks.
I am on the train at home programme and only have a couple of dumbell bars and a few plates.
I do not have time, nor the money, at the moment to goto a gym! How do I get a different training plan for the next few weeks??
Or do I just do the same schedule over and over again??
Please advise, thank you!!

You should have the option to restart your program. The exercises should be a little different.

Good luck!

Hello Mate' :)

When I started working out it took me about three months for my body to adjust to what I was putting it through. Id say stay on the same plan especially since you are wanting to lose some weight and gain muscle. As the 12 wks goes by you'll begin putting more weight together. The weight loss comes from cardio. So hit the pavement with a walk/jog for at least 45 mins to 1 hr. As time goes that weight will begin to shed...providing you eat well. You know back in the day....we didnt have all the equipment we have now. Pushups, stretches, situps do alot for the body. As you can invest in a few more heavy weights to add to the bar and before you know it...A NEW ARNOLD IS BORN :) GOOD LUCK

2 weeks may be a little fast for a plateau but everybody is different it never hurts to change things up
